This is an excellent pair of Mies van der Rohe cantilevered MR20 chairs Introduced at the 1927 "Die Wohnung" (The Dwelling) exhibition in Stuttgart, part of the Weissenhof Estate project.
These examples were made in Italy in the 1960s. The cane and chrome is in excellent shape for its age. There is one small break in the cane (pictured) that does not affect the sturdiness.
