Each quilt is 60–80 years old, made in India from repurposed saris and thoughtfully sourced and softened by Aloka Home in Athens, Georgia.
Kantha refers to the traditional running stitch — thousands of small, hand-sewn lines that bind the layers and add a beautiful, tactile texture.
Mid weight and versatile: drape one across the foot of your bed or use as a throw with quilt-like warmth.
Care: Dry clean recommended. If preferred, machine wash cold on gentle cycle and air dry. Wash separately. Our dyes are colorfast but with bright tones some bleeding could tint other pieces if not washed separately.
