This flat weave rug from Nepal is made of three vertical panels in gold, deep blue, and rust red, joined with a sage-green edge. Each panel was woven by hand on a backstrap loom, and the colors vary subtly within each panel from the hand-dyed wool. Flat weaves have no pile, so the rug lies flat, works under furniture and doors, and is easy to vacuum and reverse.
